I DIDN'T GET AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL

Don’t worry, it’s most likely in your junk mail folder. Spam filters are increasingly rigorous, and though we do our best to not do anything that may trigger them, sometimes our emails still end up in your junk mail. 

If you check and it’s not in there either, email us and we’ll send another.

There's a little discoloration or white residue on my shirt. Help!

If you notice some discoloration or off white residue, don’t worry! This is a special solution used for printing and can sometimes leave marks during the drying process. These are NOT STAINS, THEY WILL WASH OFF after their first wash cycle. 

My printed shirts have a chemical smell — Will that go away?

Don’t worry. Wash the garment and that will go away. Your shirts are printed with water-based and eco-friendly inks, there is also a special solution used in the printing process, and then there are the fabrics themselves. All of these can combine to sometimes create a strong smell when you first get your shirt. 

My t-shirt is the wrong size — can I exchange it?

If we sent you the wrong size, or if by some chance the garment is mislabeled, we will absolutely exchange it. If you just don’t like the size you ordered, those are typically final sales. For complete instructions and information in either case, please see our returns page.

What do i do if my purchase is lost, damaged, defective, the wrong color, or misprinted?

If your order was lost, damaged, defective, the wrong color, misprinted, or not the size ordered, or came with a crazy unicorn named Fred who ate all your dessert, you have 16 DAYS to notify us at TheStore@muralchamps.com. For anything after 16 days, we will do our best to make it right, but there may be an additional cost. (Especially if Fred’s involved.)*

What is your refund policy?

We really want you excited and completely happy with your purchase. Because these shirts are attached to causes, printed on demand, and we’ve gone to great lengths to help you decide on a good fitting option, we don’t typically allow refunds. That being said, after looking over our returns policy, please contact us if your situation is unique, and we will handle it on a case-by-case basis. 

I made a mistake in my shipping address — is it too late to change it?

Please reach out to us as quick as possible with the correct address (TheStore@muralchamps.com) and hopefully we can catch it in time. We’ll discuss what’s next once we know the situation. 

PAYMENT

What payment methods are accepted?

We use Square payments. So, Square works with any US-issued and most internationally-issued magstripe or chip cards bearing a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay logo. They should also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay. 

Will I have to pay VAT or customs charges in addition to shipping costs?

We are not offering international sales quite yet. We have the capabilities, we simply want to make sure we have our ducks in order before we go that way. Thank you for your patience.

If/when it does happen, you will likely be charged VAT if it applies to where you live. The thing is, so will we, which means the proceeds are drastically reduced and so are the portions of donations given. It’s… complicated for small start-ups, so bear with us while we figure this all out. 

What Is The E.N.P. Fee?

If you have an E.N.P. fee, it means our economic nexus (and thus sales tax responsibility) is not yet determined in your state, per the North Dakota VS Wayfair Supreme Court Ruling and the subsequent changes to online sellers nationwide. Click HERE for the full details.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU DONATE?

It depends on how much we bring in. We’d love to give a donation at the end of each month if possible. That timeline can be adjusted, though, and will be quarterly if necessary.

We are not affiliated with any of the groups, organizations, or causes we donate to. We simply appreciate what they do and wanted to support them. Using apparel to do so was a way for us to combine passions. We hope you agree it’s a great way to spread the word, as well as financially support things you’re passionate about, too.

SIZING & STYLE

Do your shirt sizes run big? Small? "Normal"?

Depends! (We know, not the answer you wanted.) Most of our styles run “traditional” sizing. However, some of our options, according to some opinions, run small. We have noted which ones on their individual product pages. Please keep an eye out for those notes.

COTTON, TRI-BLEND, DOES IT MATTER?

It’s like “Coke” or “Pepsi”. To some, this matters A LOT. To others, not-so-much. They feel different, and fabric blends may change the way the print looks, as well as how it hangs off your body. Please see our helpful tips HERE.

PRINTING & CARE

How long does it take to produce my order?

Apparel orders take 2 to 7 days to be produced. They will ship as soon as they are ready. 

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

How are the t-shirts printed?

Your shirts are printed with Kornit and Brother printers for all DTG (direct to garment) printed garments. We won’t bore you, but essentially it’s like printing from the print file directly onto a shirt, rather than using the traditional screen printing process where screens are created for each color. Pretty sweet stuff. 

What types of inks do you use for printed apparel?

Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, our inks are water based and eco-friendly. This makes the feel much softer than traditional screen printed shirts, but just as durable. 

We’re using CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) compliant inks, which are required when printing on children’s wear 12 and below.

How should I wash my printed garments?

Keep in mind that the original manufacturer’s care instructions don’t take into consideration the DTG printing process.

Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High-temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and a high-temperature dryer settings can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print. 

In order for you to prolong the life of your custom print, we suggest following the care instructions below:

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.

Sublimation apparel can be washed at any temperature setting without affecting quality. But we recommend washing with like colors, as the polyester fabric may make colors run. High temperatures during washing and drying may shrink the fabric.

How much does shipping to the rest of the world cost?

We are not offering international sales quite yet. We have the capabilities, we want to make sure we have our ducks in order before we go that way. Thank you for your patience. If/when it does happen, here’s how shipping will work. 

  • International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
  • We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Do you offer any group discounts?

If you know for certain you are going to order a large quantity and can collect all needed sizes, colors, and design combinations up front, we can absolutely do that. Based on your numbers, we will do our best to provide a better price point, and can even have that order’s proceeds go toward your local organization if desired.  Contact us at TheStore@muralchamps.com and we’ll walk you through the process.

Can Proceeds Go Toward My Local Organization?

If you place a custom order, or group order (see above), then yes, we can absolutely send proceeds to your local organization via a donation.
